You're probably wondering why this ad would even get approved. Well, here's how it went. Stephens is the only real estate agency to have a physical office/presence in Baldwin City. They wanted a fun way to get that point across. That's where we came in.

This ad ran as a 1/2 page in Baldwin City Living. Pat, Co-Owner of Stephens, was soo happy with it he did a "Fishy Dance". Believe me, that is total success...hook, line & sinker!
